If you get booked for a large-scale office cleaning job, it is a good idea to check the background and portfolio of your prospective customer. How long has the company been in business? What’s been its performance during the past year? Are there any new projects it is working on? Gorge on any piece of information you can find on the Internet – the easiest way to impress managers is to show you are well-informed and engaged.

Do Not Get Overawed Or Excited

Even if this is the first time you set foot in a corporate skyscraper, try to hide your excitement. If you act like a kid in Charlie’s Chocolate Factory, you will raise more than a few eyebrows. Stay cool and collected, and always remain on top of your game.
